My name is Jessica and I am the founder and baker behind Hello Cookie!

I love creating beautiful and delicious decorated cookies for all of life's events and special celebrations. You may have noticed my company tagline is “Dreams Crumb True” and there's a very specific reason for that. Owning my own bakery has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl and I sought out many avenues to get where I am today. From my first bakery job at a family-owned shop in my hometown in Oklahoma, to managing a Nothing Bundt Cakes for several years here in Texas.

I finally decided to take what I had learned over the span of my career and start my own business. I take special care in using the best ingredients to ensure my cookies taste as good as they look. Who wants a dry and flavorless cookie even if it's beautiful? I make sure my orders taste delicious and look amazing!
